William Henry Dempsey Bailey II was born June 21, 1953 to Anna and William Bailey I in Tulsa, Oklahoma.   He departed this life February 9, 2023 at the age of 69 years.

Bill, as known to most, was a 1971 graduate of Carl Hayden Highschool in Phoenix, Arizona.  Bill and his wife, Delight Bailey, Spent a beautiful 10 years of their lives together.  Bill owned his own landscaping business and grew it into a career.  As an avid lover of nature and camping, outdoors was his favorite place to be.  He is preceded in death by many faithful animals that were lucky to have been his, but most of all Buddy,

Bill is survived by two children, son, William bailey; daughter, Nikki Bailey; as well as their families giving him seven grandchildren.  Five siblings, Patricia Cassidy, Richard Wallace, Delbert Bailey, Debborrah Baxter and Leanne Spagnolia; fifteen nephews and eight nieces.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 10 years, Delight Bailey; one sister, Bonnie Wallace and one brother, Tom Bartlett.
