William "Bill" Dearl Wilkerson, Jr. was born May 6, 1952, to William Dearl Wilkerson, Sr., and Doris (Millage) Wilkerson in Blackwell, Oklahoma. He departed this life October 15, 2023, at the age of 71 years.

Bill was raised in Blackwell and California and served in the United States Army Reserve. He was a member of the Ripley Church of God. He enjoyed music, gardening, taking care of his flowers, working crossword puzzles & sudoku and reading.

Survivors include his children, Sarah Wilkerson of Stillwater, Lorie Pyle and husband, Joe, of Bowlegs, Oklahoma and Ricky Wilkerson of Morrison; his mother, Doris Wilkerson of Stillwater; grandchildren, Matthew, Lucy, Tess and Attie Wilkerson, Ashley Greshem, Dearl Carter, Trevor Perkins and Will Easterman; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Joyce Ross and husband, Mike, of Ponca City, Shirley Studebaker and husband, John, of Drumright, Sheryl Vaughan and husband, Buddy, of Cushing, Mary Ramsey of Ripley, Rick Wilkerson and wife, Tammy, of Kentucky and Larry Wilkerson and wife, Kelly, of Stillwater; Brother-in-law, Gaylord Ross of Ponca City; and many other relatives and friends, including a friend who was like a brother to him, David Palmer and longtime best friend, James Barnett.

In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by one sister, Max Ross; brother-in-law, Bill Ramsey and nephew Matthew Wilkerson.
