Wanda Gayle Duckworth was born September 7, 1942, to Warren Oliver and Loreine Iris (Anderson) Cook in Pratt, Kansas. She departed this life on February 17, 2026, at the age of 83 years.

Wanda was raised in Cushing, graduating from Cushing High School with the class of 1961. She was united in marriage to John Duckworth on July 20, 1970, in Oilton and to this union two children, Tim and Kimberly, were born.

Wanda attended Grace Church in Cushing. She loved spending time at the Senior Center and playing Canasta; she also enjoyed doing Diamond Art Painting.

Survivors include her husband, John, of the home; son, Tim Duckworth of Stillwater; daughter, Kimberly Lewer of Cushing; grandson, Wyatt Lewer of Cushing and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by daughter, Melissa Rene' and brother, Warren Edward "Ed" Cook.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the family center at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be at 2:00pm, Friday, February 20, 2026 in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
