Virginia Mae McCarley, one of sixteen children, was born July 25, 1936 to Ollie Iser and Phylix Moyer in Paw Paw, West Virginia.  She departed this life February 19, 2023 at the age 86.

She was known by all as Ginny. Finishing her High School years in Cadillac Michigan; Ginny went on to build a career in the aerospace industry working with Pratt and Whitney in Ohio.  Ginny Moyer and Teddy McCarley were united in marriage in 1957 to this union two children were born, Timothy and Neil.  Teddy preceded her in death in 2005 after 48 years of marriage. Ginny called Tulsa home before moving to the Welty area where she had spent the last eighteen years. Ginny was active within the VFW organization as well as staying busy crocheting, knitting and sewing.

She is survived by 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Josh, Ashlee and Jordan; Four great grandchildren, Colt, Lincoln, Ronan and Weston.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 48 years, Teddy; two sons, Timothy and Neil
