Tommy Edward Spencer was born November 7, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He departed this life January 5, 2023 at the age of 72 years.

Tommy, a resident of Depew, was a Bristow graduate who had made his way throughout the surrounding area.  He was a great wrestler in his elementary years with a couple state championship titles under his belt.  Tommy was a hazardous chemical specialist who worked diligently many years operating heavy equipment during environmental remediation.  He worked hard and played hard as he always had time for his children; Tim, Brian, Brett and Traycie.  Tommy loved being outdoors; this would often involve hunting, sometimes fishing, but always enjoyment.  He was quick to cook a family meal, fire up his smoker or heating the grill with a smile.

Tommy is survived by his wife of 26 years, Patty,  three sons, Tim Spencer and wife Heather of Conroe, Texas, Brian Spencer of Gypsy and Brett Spencer of Sand Springs; one Daughter, Traycie Hobby and husband Justin of Claremore; Seven siblings, Phil Spencer and wife Vivian of Sapulpa, Brenda Osburn and husband Phil of Depew, John Spencer, Theresa Burkes of Depew, Emma Compston of Enid, Cheryl White and Husband Forest of Depew, and Tina Kearny of Depew; eight grandchildren, Katelynn Nowak, Caleb Spencer, Michael Spencer, Wyatt Spencer, Emilee Spencer, Taylor Spencer, Hunter Spencer and Cody Spencer, five great-grandchildren, Avery Nowak, Spencer Nowak, Jemima Rodriguez, Tatum Spencer and Lucas Spencer.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Spencer; his parents and Sonny Parrick.
