Tommy Ray Marshall was born April 12, 1958, to Delmas and Rosie Marshall in Fowler, California.  He departed this life September 5, 2024, at the age of 66.

He attended school in Kingsburg, California. Tommy graduated from Kingsburg High School where he was a member of the Swim-Dive Team and Future Farmers of America.

Tommy was the proud owner of "Marshall Transportation, LLC". He was lovingly nicknamed "Ratatouille" because of his love for cooking. Some of his interests were fishing, horseback riding, hunting, watching the deer and wild turkey outdoors while playing with his cat "Patches". However, his favorite past time was making others laugh while tickling them.

He is survived by two children, Christine Louise Simmons of Fresno, California and Travis Edgar Ray Marshall of Bacliff, Texas; son in law, Michael Simmons; parents, Delmas and Rosie Marshall; four siblings, Robert Marshall, Debra Teel, Sharon Marshall-Aguilar, and Marlene Markham; five grandchildren, Trent Simmons, Megan Mincks, Kaylee Simmons, Jadeyn Simmons, Breana Marshall; a grandson in law, Johnny Mincks; one great grandchild, Millie Mincks, and two step great grandchildren Brady and Reese Mincks; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of thirty-three years, Gloria Marshall.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm, Friday, October 18, 2024 at United Church, 700 E. Cherokee Street in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
