Timothy Lynn
Harrison
May 17, 1955 — Dec 5, 2025
Tim Harrison was born the 3rd son of Clyde (Pappy) Harrison and Kathleen (Cates) Harrison on May 17th, 1955. He passed away on December 5th, 2025, in Tulsa after winning the fight of his life. Tim married the love of his life Pamela Cantrell on April 25th, 1975. Tim and Pam had two children Timothy II and Melissa, both of Cushing.
He attended Council Valley Baptist Church as a child and Crossway Church of Cushing in his later years. He accepted Christ as a young child and had a very close walk with the Lord.
Tim started his truck driving career as a young adult. He hauled everything from oilfield equipment to dry goods to refrigerated foods and everything in between. He ended his trucking career with Heartland Tank in Ponca City. Tim has traveled to almost every state in the United States.
Tim enjoyed helping his brothers with farming, mechanicing or anything else that needed to be done. Tim and his son loved racing and building fast cars and spent many days enjoying both. He was an excellent mechanic and passed the abilities on to his son.
In 2018 Tim and his wife Pam took their RV and moved to Kaw Lake to be volunteers. In five years, Tim and Pam donated 6,763 volunteer hours and were the first volunteers from the Tulsa District to win the National Volunteer Award in 2023. They contributed as much time as the full-time staff at the project and contributed significantly to the diverse missions of the multi-purpose reservoir. Tim and his brothers John and Scott spent many hours fishing and running jug lines at the lake. Tim cherished his time with his family.
Tim was proceeded in death by his parents Clyde (Pappy) Harrison, Kathleen (Cates) Harrison, one brother John Harrison and one nephew Nick Harrison. Tim is survived by his wife of 50 years Pamela Harrison, his son Timothy Harrison II and daughter Melissa Harrison. Grandchildren Maycee Harrison, Jax Harrison, Aubrey Larson, Nick Larkson and wife Lacey. Great Grandchildren Lane, Beckham and Riley Larson.
We would like to thank Dr. Grellner for his care and friendship and the staff at St. Francis Hospital and Rehab Center for the excellent care Tim received in his final days.
