Sharon Evans was born February 16, 1942, to Everett Martin and Mary Lucille (Vassar) Lawrence. She departed this life January 23, 2024, at the age of 81.

She graduated from Perkins High School in 1960. After losing her father at a young age, she was blessed with a bonus father, Ken Smith.

Sharon gave birth to two daughters, Chauntay and Carmen. She worked diligently providing for her daughters. She retired after many years working for Thomas and Berry Oil Company in Stillwater.

She enjoyed spending time at the lake, bird watching, and her dog, Bobby George. Sharon loved her family very much. She went above and beyond taking care of her mother, Mary, when her health began to fail. She was also very involved in her grandchildren's life. She didn't need the recognition but wanted her family to have all the opportunities to succeed in life.

She is survived by two daughters, Chauntay White, Carmen Matherly and husband Brent; grandchildren, Autum Roe and husband Trey, Tanner Matherly, Colton Gray, and Cameron Matherly; great grandchildren, Beau Roe, Alyssa Roe, Declan Gray, and Blakely Matherly. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, Ken Smith, and brother, Bud Lawrence.

Services will be private.
