Ronny "Ron" Keith Brown was born on June 5, 1944, to Thomas Jessie Brown and Elda (Poole) Brown in Cushing, Oklahoma. He departed this life on April 22, 2026, at the age of 81 years.

Ron graduated from Cushing High School with the Class of 1961 and then attended University of Central Oklahoma. He served in the United States Air Force Reserve and National Guard.

Ron was united in marriage to Ramona Harmon on June 28, 1968, and to this union two sons, Ronny and Sammy, were born. Ron taught art for Harrah Schools for many years, teaching in the Middle School and High School. Ron could do anything; he enjoyed fishing, knives, arts and crafts and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of over 57 years, Ramona, of the home; two sons, Ronny Brown of Guthrie and Sammy Brown and wife, Amy, of Guthrie; two grandsons, Dagan Brown and Nathan Brown; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Brown.
