Robert Dean Stump was born April 2, 1943, to Robert Dean and Ona Aileen Goode (Wallis) in Costa Mesa, California. He departed this life on May 28, 2024, at the age of 81 years.

Robert graduated from Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He then attended OSU. He was a Machinist and also route salesman for many years delivering beverages, coffee, bread, just to name a few.

Robert loved to fish and play golf. He enjoyed socializing and always made you laugh. He enjoyed exploring the beauty of the many places he visited and lived with his family.

Survivors include his dear friend and partner, Marlene Carpenter Skeen of Stillwater; children, Rebecca Gentry of Springdale, Arkansas, Valerie Evans of Lakeland, Florida, Jennifer Biggs of Perkins, Oklahoma, Ryan Angermiller of Hondo, Texas, Angella Prinz of Houston, Texas, Donna Gill of Grapeland, Texas and Stacy and Tracy Stump of Drumright, Oklahoma; his brother, Billy (Bo) Stump of Magnolia, Arkansas and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his mother and father; his three sisters, Barbara Arnold, Louise Arnold and Dorthy Tudor all of Magnolia, Arkansas.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. on June 7th, 2024, at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home.
