Richard Steven Hale was born June 29, 1949 in Antlers, Oklahoma, the second oldest of ten children.  He passed away January 21, 2026 in Bristow at the age of 75.

Richard was a member of the United States Armed Forces and served in Vietnam.  A master mason, he was also a linguist like no other.  Richard was known as a man of many words who could leave you with none.  He was a lover of fast cars, good stonework and billiards.

He is survived by two children; one brother, four remaining sisters as well as five grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Carolyn Hale, and four siblings.  May he finally find peace.
