Randal "Randy" Allen Mohr was born November 25, 1953, to Chandos and Zethra (Ash) Mohr in Elyria, Ohio. He departed this life on August 4, 2025, at the age of 71 years.

Randy graduated from Columbia High School with the class of 1972. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served for 3 years. He then attended college at Akron University for 2 years.

He was united in marriage to Leanna Stafford on November 19, 1988, in Houston, Texas. To this union three children, Chandos, Rebecca and Riley, were born.

Randy was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Cushing, where he spent many hours cleaning. He loved sports, especially Ohio State Football, Lady Tigers Basketball, WNBA and fantasy football. He served as the head basketball coach for the First Baptist Elyria Sabers Women's Basketball team. He also enjoyed music and keeping up with their yard.

Survivors include his wife, Leanna, of the home; two children, Rebecca Hogsett and husband, Austin, and Riley Mohr, both of Cushing; sisters, Barbara Elliott and husband, Marc, and Karen D'Amico and husband, Tony; brother, Terry Mohr and wife, Marcia; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by daughter, Chandos Mohr.

Memorial services will be 1:00 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025, in the Faith Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Matherly Davis Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
