Phyllis Raye Mayberry was born May 9, 1944, to Roy and Georgia May Dunham in Pryor, Oklahoma.  She departed this life June 2, 2025, at the age of 81.

Phyllis graduated from Sequoyah High School.  On March 7, 1969, Henry Mayberry and Phyllis Dunham were united in marriage.  Together they raised four children, Jason, Aaron, Mat, and Amy.

She had worked at the Sapulpa Church of the Nazarene for over 30 years.  She was a faithful member of the Bristow Church of the Nazarene serving in many capacities.

Phyllis enjoyed working in the garden, canning, making candy at Christmas, and most of all spending time with her family.

She is survived by four children, Jason Mayberry, Aaron Mayberry, Mat Dunham, and Amy Fowler; one brother, Fred Dunham and wife Kaye Lynn; one sister, Nora Hendricks; six grandchildren and one great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and four brothers.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00AM, Monday, June 9, 2025, at the Bristow Free Will Baptist Church with interment to follow at Sunrise cemetery in Kellyville, Oklahoma.
