Phyllis Anne Haulcomb was born June 4, 1942, to Alvin Lewis and Eula (Osburn) Ailey in Gypsy, Oklahoma.  She departed this life October 7, 2024, at the age of 82.

She graduated from Milfay High School.  On October 1, 1965, Phyllis Ailey and Albert Haulcomb were united in marriage.  From this union were born two children, Karie and Preston.  They had fifty-five years together before his passing January 8, 2021.

She worked at Super H Grocery for several years, retiring in 1993.  Phyllis enjoyed arts and crafts, visiting with friends, traveling with her sisters, gardening, canning and cooking, fishing, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Karie Lee and husband John, Preston Haulcomb and wife Christina; nine siblings, Melvin Ailey and wife Marilyn, Carl Ailey and wife Jerri, Darrell Ailey and wife Mary, Judy Cain, Janice Neesmith, Jeletta Brown and husband Bill, Lee Wayne Ailey, Ronald Ailey and wife Connie, Donald Ailey and wife Joey; four grandchildren, Kristyn Haulcomb, Katelyn Haulcomb, Ryan Lee and Julianne, and Kara Lee; five great grandchildren, Ayden Haulcomb, Ryder Sexton, Jaylah Weir, Taylin Lee, Embree Oberbeck.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers, Alvin and Hillis Ailey.

Services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Bristow First Free Will Baptist Church with interment to follow at the Bristow City Cemetery.
