Phillip Ray Gibbs was born June 14, 1952 to Gorman "Teen" and Pauline Gibbs in Bristow, Oklahoma.  He departed this life on July 10, 2023 at the age of 71.

He was raised in the Bristow area and enjoyed riding motorcycles when time allowed.  He is survived by one brother, Lonnie Gibbs and one sister, Meldorea Wilson.  He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Leonard and Connie Gibbs and one sister, Joann Gibbs.
