Pete Jay Sawatzky was born November 11, 1954, to Pete and Lula Mae (Brown) Sawatzky in Cushing, Oklahoma. He departed this life on October 3, 2026, at the age of 71 years.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in the Stroud Assembly of God Church with Pastor Jeremy Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing.
