Pamela Ilene Waltrip was born May 19, 1960 to Harvey and Maxine Owens in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.  She departed this life July 5, 2026 at the age of sixty-six years.

Pamela attended Sapulpa Public Schools.  She had been a Bristow area resident most all her life.  Pamela Owens and Tommy Waltrip were united in marriage in 1977 to this union was born a son, Brian.  Pamela worked many small jobs throughout her life.  Being mom and grandma was by far her greatest.  She loved to write poetry that often showed her softer side.  She loved spending time with her granddaughters; they brought her much joy.   Pamela often leaned to her spunky side, but it was all in fun.  She had a love for fishing and stayed active when younger with church league soccer.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Tommy; son, Brian Waltrip and wife Ashlie of Bristow; brother Tommy Owens of Kellyville; sister, Janet Heeney of Slap out, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sarah Waltrip.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and two brothers.
