Pamalea Kay Wright was born October 5, 1945 to Piercy and Marjorie Friddle in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She departed this life on February 1, 2023 at the age of 77.

She was a graduate of Blackwell High School. On May 13, 1966, she married Owen Wright. They raised two sons, Russell and Bryan. The family lived in Collinsville where she was involved with the Collinsville Band Boosters and attending sporting events and functions to support her children. The family moved to Bristow in 1994. Pam and Owen enjoyed twenty-nine years together before his passing on October 16, 1995.

Pam retired from Regal Motors in Tulsa. She enjoyed reading, watching Hallmark movies, sewing, going to garage sales and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Russell Wright, his wife Erin and their children, Evan and Graceyn of Concord, North Carolina; and Bryan Wright, his wife Gera and their children, Seth, Knox and Brynna of Collinsville, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandson, Aidan Wright.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00AM, Monday, February 6, 2023 at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Chapel.  Interment will be at Blackwell Cemetery.
