Norma was born May 14, 1956, in Las Cruces, New Mexico to Mike and Chui Davalos. She was the youngest of 5 Children. Norma served 4 years in the United States Air Force. November 1978 Norma married Jay Ouellette of Portland, Oregan. Norma is survived by her husband Jay, daughter Adriana Ouellette, Son Gabriel and wife Michelle, and Vanesa McLain and husband Terry.

Norma and Jay lived in Springfield, Oregon until their retirement and moved to Bristow, Oklahoma to be near their daughters.

Norma was very close to her church and served as Latin Coordinator at St. Alice Catholic Church in Springfield, Oregon. Norma retired from the Briton Elementary School, Springfield, Oregon.  When they moved to Bristow, Ok she became an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Norma, Jay, and Adriana bought a farm and were active in gardening, farming, and livestock.

Norma was preceded in death by her Father Mike, Mother Chui and Brother Greg. She is survived by her Aunts Maria Davalos DePetris, Helen Davalos, Sisters Minerva and Estella Davalos, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
