Norma June Florence was born June 14, 1938, to Robert Lincoln and Edna Maye Vaughn in Tuskegee, Oklahoma.  She departed this life April 15, 2023, at the age of 84.

She graduated from Drumright High School in 1956.  On October 20, 1956, Norma June Vaughn and Darrell Wayne Florence were united in marriage.  From this union were born two children, Cheryl, and Robert.  June and Darrell enjoyed 63 years of marriage until his passing May 7, 2020.

June had worked many years as a hairdresser before her health forced her to retire.  She enjoyed fishing, painting, and gardening.

She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Wesley, and husband Kenny of Bristow; one son, Robert Florence and wife Carrie of Collinsville; two grandsons, Stacey and Andrew Wesley.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the old 44 (Oak Hill) Cemetery.
