Mathew Wade McDaniel was born May 25, 1972 to Johnny and Lawana McDaniel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He departed this life December 9, 2021 at the age of 49 years.

Mathew was a graduate of East Central High School and went on to attend college for a short time. LaTonya Sanders and Mathew McDaniel were married on May 11, 2003; to this union was born two children.  Matt worked in sales and delivery with Fox Cleaners for 23 years supporting his family.  Matt was currently living in Tulsa and had spent most of his life in the surrounding area.  He and his family were members of Church on the Move.  He loved reading and watching OU football; his favorite team.  Family was the center of his world, and he cherished his daughters; some of his greatest joys were taking them to the father-daughter dances.  Christmas was his favorite holiday.  He loved music and watching music videos and would often gather with his friends to talk politics and History

Mathew is survived by his wife, LaTonya McDaniel; two daughters, Makenzie Grace McDaniel and Kyla Gail McDaniel; his father, Johnny McDaniel; Mother, Lawana McDaniel; Stepmom, Deborah McDaniel; three siblings, John McDaniel and Wife Heather, Brenna McDaniel and fiancé Tito Perez all of Tulsa and Erin McDaniel of Claremore along with numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Earl and Vera Chartier and paternal grandparents Charles and Catherine McDaniel.
