Mary Lou Shepherd, the daughter of the late Floyd and Doris (Hilbert) Mansfield, was born on February 5, 1935, in Oilton, Oklahoma. She departed this life on February 19, 2023, in Cushing at the age of 88 years.

Mary Lou was raised in Cushing, graduating from Cushing High School with the class of 1953. She enjoyed jewelry and arts & crafts.

Survivors include her brother, Darrell Mansfield, of Sand Springs; niece, Melissa Mansfield of Sand Springs; nephew, David Mansfield of San Diego; great-nephews, Christian Mansfield of San Diego and Reese Benge of Sand Springs; great-niece, Sophia Paris of Sand Springs and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
