Latasha Renee Benson was born October 3, 1982, to Gerald Payne and Adrian Benson in Bristow, Oklahoma.  She departed this life April 13, 2022, at the age of 39.

She attended Bristow Public Schools where she played basketball and softball.  She worked as a Medical Technician for Rainbow Health Care Center.

Latasha had many joys in life including talking to her friends, fashion design where she would make her own clothes; but most of all she enjoyed partying. No matter what your age was she enjoyed gathering with friends.

She is survived by two children, Keyahrai Benson and Delbert Overstreet Jr.; mother, Adrian Taylor and stepfather, Donald Taylor; father, Gerald Payne; six siblings, Robin Benson, Charlese Taylor, Evan Taylor, Diamond Mack, Cheryl Antwine, and Tamra Owens; one granddaughter, Talaiyah Mayfield.  She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lavanda Benson, and aunt, Darsella Benson.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at the Trinity Baptist Church with Reverend Phil Tottress officiating.  Interment will follow at the Durant Cemetery in Bristow, Oklahoma.
