Larrie Gene Parrish was born to Leo and Grace Parrish on June 14th, 1935, in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He departed this life on December 21st, 2021, at the age of 86. He retired from the United States Postal Service and had worked at other places including Braums. He had attended the Cushing First Baptist Church with his brother during the last year and was previously a member of First Assembly of God, in Stillwater, OK. Larrie loved his family very much and was known as a man that was rooted in his faith and his family. His smile and laughter were infectious, and he will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Alan and Andrea Parrish; one brother, Garry Newbold; one sister, Liz Campbell; three grandchildren, Aden, Zoey and Lincoln Parrish. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma Dean Parrish; two sons, Vance and Greg Parrish; one daughter, Cheryl Parrish. A visitation will be held all day Thursday up until the time of service. Services will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM
