Joshua Aaron Lidberg was born July 25, 1974, to Richard Lidberg and Judy Timmons in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life on May 10, 2026, at the age of 51 years.

Josh was raised in Texas and Missouri, graduating from OakGrove High School in Missouri. He was united in marriage to Anna Sherman on May 22, 2004. Josh had five daughters – Zoey, Dakota, Avalee, Lilianna and Keira.

Josh worked as a fitter-welder for Malco, Diamond R in Pawnee and Victory Energy. He was a member of the Community of Christ Church in Stillwater. He loved to play disc golf, playing on his own and in tournaments. Josh loved his dog, Rocket, who accompanied him almost everywhere. Josh was artistic and could build anything you could imagine – tables, spice racks, chimes & more. He liked playing x-box and fixing things. Above all, he especially loved his girls. Josh was a good and loving father, attentive and always there for them. He had a special bond with his dad. They both valued the time they were able to spend together.

Survivors include Anna Lidberg; LaWanda Duckworth and her daughter, Marisa; children Zoey Lidberg, Dakota Lidberg, Avalee Lidberg, Lilianna Lidberg and Keira Lidberg; father Richard Lidberg and wife Cindy; mother Judy Timmons and husband Dave Timmons; father-in-law Richard Sherman; siblings Angi Lidberg and spouse Robert Estupinan, Jennifer Rodriguez and spouse Matt Fox, Scott Luttrell and Erica Chishti and spouse David Hodkinson; "sisters" Samantha Sherman, Haley Sherman and Katherine Sherman; "brother" William Sherman; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends. Josh was preceded in death by an uncle Ron Lidberg, grandmother Marilyn Wood and mother-in-law Leda Sherman.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Community of Christ church in Stillwater, 2124 N Husband Street.
