Jaylene Ranee Blythe was born May 10, 1960 to Ruth and Roland Tidwell in Seminole, Oklahoma.  She departed this life March 16, 2022 at the age of 61.

Jay graduated from Picher High School in 1978.  On June 23, 1990 Jay and Corey Blythe were united in marriage.  From this union was born one daughter Brittney.

She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.  Jaylene loved the Lord and was always willing to serve where she was needed.

She was an avid shopper and enjoyed keeping a clean house.  She was known by her family and close friends as "everyone's cheerleader".  She loved people and was always willing to lend a hand when you needed her.  She enjoyed taking care of kids and worked several years as a daycare worker.  She loved her family very much.

She is survived by her husband, Corey Blythe; one daughter, Brittney Patten and husband Ryan; three siblings, Mike Tidwell and wife Becky, Pam Knight and husband Theo, Judy Tanquary and husband Tom; six grandchildren, Skyler, Kaden, Jax, Izzabella, Illianna, and Cedar; also by a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Roland Tidwell.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Hutchins-Maples Matherly Funeral Home.  The funeral will follow at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church.
