Janice Uhl Presley was born on December 4, 1939, to Noel Uhl and Mary Myrtle (Shaner) Uhl in New Orleans, Louisiana. She departed this life on January 17, 2023, at her home at the age of 83 years.

Jan graduated from New Orleans High School with the class of 1958. She was united in marriage to James "Jim" Presley on February 10, 1993, in Wigins, MO. Jim preceded her in death on October 16, 2006.

Jan attended the Assembly of God Church and Life Church. She enjoyed cats, she had a cat rescue, and fostering children.

Survivors include her three sons, Rick Dominguez, Randy Dominguez and wife, Stephanie, and Rory Dominguez; eight grandchildren, Ricky Dominguez, Derick Dominguez, Michelle Dominguez, Tiffany Dominguez, Wesley Dominguez, Carissa Dominguez, Devon Dominguez and Karston Dominguez; ten great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jan was preceded in death by one sister.
