James E. “Jimmy” Connor Jr. was born April 26, 1952, in Bristow, Oklahoma to James E. and Margaret Connor. He departed this life September 06, 2026, at the age of 74.

He lived most of his life in Bristow, where he also graduated from Bristow High School.

Jimmy loved to talk with everyone that passed by him. He also loved country music and loved to eat Barbeque and hot links being his favorite. We teased him about always being the first in line at every meal.

Jimmy is survived by sisters, Laura Henderson, Linda Alcorn and husband Larry; nephews, James Henderson, John Henderson, Michael Bush, Laura Farris, and David Alcorn, as well as a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Margaret Connor, grandparents, Elvis Verso and Charlotte Connor and William T. and Laura Bowman; brother-in-law, Jim Henderson; nephew, Jerry Henderson. A special thanks to the staff at Rainbow Nursing Home for their care and patience with Jimmy through the years.
