George Franklin Bartley was born March 12, 1945 to Johnny Frank and Ruby Jewel Bartley in Olive, Oklahoma.  He departed this life April 4, 2023 at his home at the age of 78.

He attended Olive public schools and then enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served from 1962 to 1966.  On October 6, 1962, George Franklin Bartley and Jo Ann VanMeter were united in marriage.  From this union were born two children, Ricky, and Kevin.

Frank worked in the oil and gas industry, retiring from Kinder Morgan Company.  He enjoyed watching and attending rodeo's, spending time outdoors.  He enjoyed tinkering on things such as tractors, mowers, cars, he was "Mr. Fixit".

He is survived by wife of over 60 years, Jo Ann Bartley; one son, Kevin Bartley and wife, Linda; two grandchildren, Preston Bartley and Paige Cloud; five great grandchildren, Grayson Rehling, Bartley Cloud, Easton Bartley, Jack Bartley, and Tripp Bartley.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Ricky Bartley, one sister and an infant brother.
