Ethel Fay Blair was born January 3, 1935, to Samuel Harrison and Luella Beasley Wilborn in Sulphur, Oklahoma.  She departed this life July 26, 2024, at the age of 89.

Ethel graduated from Mounds High School in 1953.  On September 7, 1954, Ethel Wilborn and James L. Blair were united in marriage.  From this union were born four children, Deborah, James Jr., Kevin, and Keith.  They enjoyed 61 years together before his passing September 16, 2015.

She retired from Anheuser Bush where she worked as a computer analyst and retired as the head of the IT Department.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, gardening, watching vintage movies, and Elvis Presley.

She is survived by four children, Deborah Kay Blair, James Leonard Blair Jr., Kevin Leon Blair, and Keith Allen Blair, numerous grand, great, and great great- grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, six brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be 10:00am, Thursday, August 1, 2024 in the Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5111 S. Memorial Drive in Tulsa.
