Douglas Franklin Larson, age 74 of Cushing, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday April 11, at the Drumright Nursing Home. He was born to Leonard and Beatrice Larson in Yale, Oklahoma.

Doug was united in marriage to Sheila Hibbard on June 12, 1976. They enjoyed forty-seven years together before her passing October 27, 2023. He worked as a Maintenance Electrician for BW Steel for many years. He loved being a volunteer firefighter for Northeast Lincoln County fire department. He had also volunteered for the Cushing Emergency Management and Civil Defense.

He is survived by sons; Christopher Larson and wife Kara, Lance Larson and wife Donna, Dana Larson and wife Dena, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife; Sheila Larson, parents;  Leonard and Beatrice Larson, sister; Dorthy Larson, and son; Anthony Larson.

Family will greet friends from 4:00 to 7:00pm, Thursday April 16 at the funeral home.

Graveside Services are 2:00pm, Friday, April 17, 2026 in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park.
