Doris Ann Robinson was born on January 30, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Albert Jackson and Iona (Isabel) Jackson. She departed this life on October 29, 2023, at the age of 84 years.

Doris was united in marriage to Alvis Robinson on December 24, 1955, following Alvis's return from Germany. To this union three children, Stephen, Daniel & Darla, were born.

Doris was a member of the Church of the Firstborn; some of their fondest memories were traveling back and forth with their church family from California and Oklahoma.

Doris enjoyed sewing, she made numerous outfits and clothes, cooking, hosting family and friends, an avid bingo player, doing genealogy and was known to be a trickster.

Survivors include her daughter, Darla Bowling and husband, Danny, of Stillwater; one sister, Alberta Ashbaugh; seven grandchildren, Andrea Robinson, Amanda Slavens and husband, Chris, Bryan Robinson, Daniel Ducic, Jodi Hatter and husband, Wayne, Michael Brown and Dana Carroll and husband Brian; twenty-one great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Doris was preceded in death by two sons, Steve Robinson and Daniel Robinson and three sisters, Darlene Giblet, Dorothy McGaha and Alma Eby.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the Parkland Cemetery with Fred Britton officiating.
