Dora Shaw, longtime Cushing resident passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at the age of 80 years. The daughter of the late Clarence Hendrickson and Lee Ora Reynolds Hendrickson, Dora was born on January 29, 1940 in Adair, Oklahoma and was raised and educated in Adair and Cushing. She was united in marriage to Jimmie Shaw on August 9, 1956 in Pawnee, Oklahoma and to this union one son, Paul Wesley was born. She was a longtime active member of the Council Valley Baptist Church. She loved her church and her church family. She is survived by one son Paul Wesley Shaw of Stroud, Oklahoma; three brothers, Clarence "Bub" Hendrickson, Arthur Frank Hendrickson and Dale Hendrickson; one sister Alicia Pannell; two grand-daughters, Heather Dawn Shaw and Holly Nichole Shaw; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Jeff Hendrickson and one sister Velma Hayter. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Old Adair Cemetery at Adair, Oklahoma. You may share your condolences with the family at www,davisfh.net.
