Donna Rae Brown was born November 2, 1945, to Thaddeus Weldon and Dorothy Vivian Copeland in Tionesta, Pennsylvania.  She departed this life April 7, 2023, at the age of 77.

After graduating high school in Tulsa, she received her Phlebotomy certification and began working in the medical field.  On June 13, 1982, she was united in marriage to Henry Oscar Brown. They enjoyed ten years of marriage before his passing in 1992.

Donna enjoyed arts and crafts and traveling.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by one son, Tony Copeland; two sisters, Mary Ann Dawson and husband Charles, Kay Brown; two brothers, Jack Copeland, and Leon Copeland; grandchildren, Ty Copeland, Kayla Tunnell, Jeremy Tunnell, Brandon Brown and Jesse Brown.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Judy Blackbourn and one brother, Michael Copeland.
