Devonna Sue Wampler was born July 6, 1949 to Forrest Eugene and Hazel Irene Pagan in Bristow, Oklahoma.  She departed this life August 16, 2022 at the age of 73.

Sue graduated from Bristow High School in 1967.  On September 3, 1974, Sue and Roger Wampler were united in marriage.  They enjoyed twenty-six years together until his passing January 18, 2000.

She worked at many different places including Walmart, Kwikset.  She was also a nurse's aide and managed a bookstore.  She loved reading books, needlepoint, cross stich and tending to her animals.  Sue was very artistic and enjoyed painting and drawing.

She is survived by her mother, Hazel Stubblefield; three daughters, Casie Black and husband Clayton, Angelia Michelle Hallman, Sunshine Hicks and husband Michael; one sister, Genie Duvall and husband Jack; seven grandchildren, Alexcia Black, Kyle Black, Ashley Lecoq, Nicole Lecoq, Madison Lecoq, Katelynn Lecoq, and Tristen Hicks; one great grandson, Levi Martin; three nephews, Justin Arrington, Gerard Arrington, and Bradley Duvall; family friend, Michelle Kolts.  She was preceded in death by her father, husband, and stepfather, Bill Stubblefield.
