Dennis Paul Alcorn was born November 12, 1953, to James Herman and Anna Bell Alcorn in Prague, Oklahoma.  He departed this life August 20, 2024, at the age of 70.

He graduated from Bristow High School in 1972, then attended Central Area Vo-Tech where he studied Diesel Mechanics.  In his younger years he was a deputy for the creek county sheriff's department before going to Bristow Tire for several years.

He had spent the last twenty years devoted to his spouse and companion, Tammy Christian.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his mule.

He is survived by his spouse, Tammy Christian; two children, Tori Bridgeford, Brad Gower and wife Samantha; two stepchildren, Danny Christian and spouse Kathy Fortney, Cody Christian and spouse Danielle; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Paula Alcorn.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00AM, Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at the Faith Baptist Church, Slick, Oklahoma with Pastor Steve Lamberson officiating.
