Deborah Gail
Hoskins
Sep 21, 1951 — Apr 20, 2022
Bristow
Deborah Gail Hoskins was born September 21, 1951 to Clyde and Venice Kincanon in Bristow, Oklahoma. She departed this life April 20, 2022 at the age of 70 years.
Debbie, a Bristow resident most all her life, grew up attending Bristow Public Schools and was a member of the graduating class of 1969. She worked tirelessly providing for her family in the banking industry as a teller along with other roles, most notably at Community Bank in Bristow and Bank of Oklahoma. Later in life she returned to school earning a degree in medical coding. Debbie had a rich and full heart. She loved those in her life fiercely; family came second only to her Lord and Savior, whom she served faithfully. Debbie shared her love of the Lord with all she could, not just in words but actions as well. She loved to read and spent many hours in the pages of her Bible.
She was a collector of nick-nacks and somehow found a space for each of them. A love for cooking led to the collecting of many recipes. Debbie had a kind word for everyone; a chance to talk and visit was never passed by. She always had a corny joke to tell but could never get the punch line. Debbie always had a stubbornness and drive to do things on her own.
Debbie is survived by her mother, Venice Kincanon; one son, Derek Kincanon and wife Angela of Bristow; one brother, Lanny Kincanon and wife Deena of Skiatook; six grandchildren, Destiny Scott and husband Trevor; Kyle Kissee, Cody Kincanon, Dillon Kincanon, Nicole Kincanon, and Amy Kincanon as well as a great grandbaby on the way. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Kincanon; son, Mark Hoskins; maternal grandparents, Cassell and Vada Weaver and paternal grandparents, Robert and Jessie Kincanon.
Funeral services are 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 26th at First Church of God in Bristow. Interment will follow at Bristow City Cemetery.
