Darren Eugene Odell was born April 23, 1965, to Ed and Kay Odell in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He departed this life September 29, 2021, at the age of 56.

He was a 1983 graduate of Bristow High School.  On December 2, 2013, he united in marriage with Becky Bookout.  Darren was a co-owner of Odell brothers' construction. Work was such a huge part of his life.  He and Kenny shared many years together working in many different building projects.

When he wasn't busy with work he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, watering, and mowing his grass and little construction projects in his garage.  He loved kids and really enjoyed coaching elementary football.  He was also a very proud patriotic American.

Darren was an active mason in the Creek Masonic Lodge #226. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Tulsa Akdar Shrine – 2808 S. Sheridan Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74129.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Odell; Mother, Kay Odell; four children, Heather Dawn Odell, Jacob Wayne Odell, Kamryn Rylie Odell, Christian Ryan Odell; one sister, Diana Erwin and husband Brian; two brothers, Randy Odell and wife DeOnn, Kenny Odell and wife Heather; three grandchildren, Skyla Leigh Odell, Dexter Eugene Crozier and BrantLee Joe Maple.  He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Odell.

His services are scheduled at 11:11A.M., Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the Bristow First Church of God.  Interment will follow at the Magnolia Memorial Gardens.
