Connie Louise Liebenau, the daughter of the late Billy D Hawkins and Leta (Barton) Hawkins, was born on September 21, 1946, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She departed this life on January 16, 2023, in Stillwater at the age of 76 years.

Connie was raised in Ponca City, graduating from Ponca City High School with the class of 1965. She was united in marriage to Charles Liebenau, Jr. on April 17, 1981, in Stillwater and the couple made their home in Cushing. Charles preceded her in death on March 28, 2018.

Connie enjoyed antiques; she and Charles owned Old Songs Sung Here Antique Shop in Cushing. She also enjoyed attending auctions and after selling her antique shop, she would set up at the Oilton Flea Market. Connie attended the Cross Band Cowboy Church in Stillwater.

Survivors include her two sons, Dean McCullough of Marland, Oklahoma and Tim McCullough and wife, Rena, of Cushing; five grandchildren, Erika McMahan, Lisa Jones and husband Cornelius Milton, Ashton Davis and husband Bobby, Chelsea McCullough and Colton Bowen; twelve great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on February 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home.
