Carol Anne Perez was born January 15, 1954, to James A Norris and Dorothy Louise (Jester) Norris in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She departed this life June 13, 2023, at the age of 69 years.

Carol is survived by her children, Jose Perez and Sheila Martin; siblings, Geri Norris, Sherri Williams and Terri Manning and husband, Scott, and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by one daughter, Katrina Guerrero.
