Barbara Louise Myrick was born March 9, 1938, to William Roy and Francis Louise Morrison in Pampa, Texas.  She departed this life December 3, 2025, in Bristow at the age of 87.

She graduated from Skiatook High School and later Tulsa Beauty School.  Barbara Morrison and Donald Garrison were married and from this union were born two children Wayne and Jeanne.  On April 08, 1969, she married Ed Bishop.  The two enjoyed twenty-four years together before his passing in 1993.  Barbara would again fine love and companionship again and marry Luke Myrick May 15, 1996, and enjoy sixteen years together before his passing February 28, 2012.

Barbara worked as a telephone operator and hairdresser. She was a member of the Cushing First United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed gardening and home interior decorating.

She is survived by two children and numerous grand and great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.  Services are scheduled for 2:00PM, Monday, December 8, 2025 at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home.
