Anthony Sixto Rivera Sr., born June 6, 1961, in Los Angeles, California, to Autherine Conley and Sixto Rivera, Anthony Sixto Rivera lived a life defined by love, dedication, and quiet strength. He attended Manual Arts High School and after graduation, held several jobs before meeting the love of his life, Christine Thompson, in 1994. They were united in marriage in August 2000 and later relocated to Oklahoma.

Anthony worked for Kwikset for several years until the facility closed. He then joined Okla Consultants, where he worked in the oil field industry for 13 years. He concluded his career with Roots Hometown Furniture, retiring in 2025.

On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Anthony peacefully ended his courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind a legacy of strength and love. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife of 31 years, Christine Rivera. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Sixto Rivera Jr., a sister DeAnna Irwin, and a niece Veronica Jackson.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Christine Rivera; one daughter, Tiffany Rivera (Houston, TX); four sons: Anthony Rivera Jr. (Los Angeles, CA), Robert Rivera Sr. (Los Angeles, CA), Raysean Rivera Sr. (Los Angeles, CA), and Christopher Rivera Sr. (Bristow, OK); and bonus daughters: Chyna Thompson (Bristow, OK), Nicole Williams (AZ), Tijera Shanklin (CA), and Shaneka Hill (CA). He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren; six sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, family, and friends who will cherish his memory forever.
